- The Consultant will support the Project-Executing Agency in project management (including financial and contractual management and monitoring of project progress), developing a project operation manual, creating a methodology and tools for monitoring indicators, assisting in the preparation andimplementation of tenders, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, reviewing energy audits and designs, supervising construction, issuing energy performance certificates, ensuring the submission and review of O&M plans, carrying out institutional support activities (such as market stimulation,capacity building, training, and communication plan development), and conducting ESHS assessments and supporting the implementation of the ESCP.
