- According to the specifications (project theme) Any omission or mistake with respect to the lists of quantities from the technical project and from the technical specifications provided, proven during the execution to be necessary for the completion of the investment, will be borne by the Provider (designer) within the limitsof the determined value amount. The value borne by the designer takes into account both bringing the project to a form that can be put into operation, clarifications, redesigns, etc., as well as the value of the additional works compared to the initial project that must be carried out by the executor.
