• Tenders are invited for Digital Literacy Enhancement and Artificial Intelligence Integration for Ombudsperson-s Office Activities Lot 3 concerns provision of expert advice in the area of digital literacy and integration of elements of Artificial Intelligence in the internal procedures of the OO. The respective expertise will support needs assessment and training for the OO with regard to digital literacy and digitalisation of procedures, including integration of AI tools.  One completed and signed copy of the Act of Engagement.  A detailed CV in Word/PDF format, in English (5 pages maximum), that would: - demonstrate clearly that the tenderer fulfils the eligibility criteria. - include brief information on accomplishment of assignments within thematic scope stipulated by each respective Lot(s) within the last 3 years. - attach or include active links to at least two examples of recent deliverables of similar nature (e.g., publications, legal assessments, legal opinions, analyses, reports, studies, presentations, training material, etc.) for each respective Lot(s) applied (in English and/or Romanian), ensure that the links are valid and that the deliverables are accessible and downloadable in their entirety. - contact information of 2 referees (full name, company/organisation, position, e-mail address and phone).  A list of all owners and executive officers (in Romanian and English) (for legal persons only).  Registration documents (in Romanian and English) (for legal persons only).  For legal persons lonely: Description of the proposed team, including detailed CVs (as indicated above) of each proposed individual expected to work on the project with the lot(s) applied and information as to the status of each individual (i.e. whether they are employees or subcontractors) as well as information clearly demonstrating that the each satisfy the eligibility criteria.. For information purposes only, the total budget of the project amounts to 800 000 Euros and the total amount of the object of present tender should in principle not exceed 100 000 Euros for the whole duration of the Framework Contract. This information does not constitute any sort of contractual commitment or obligation on the part of the Council of Europe. The bidders- attention is drawn to the fact that this contract may be used by other departments or entities of the Council of Europe.
