Description:
Maintenance services for gas appliances - Checking the condition of the boiler room equipment and the heating system in order to comply with their operating parameters; - Checking the technical condition of the gas equipment of the burner; - Checking the tightness of all connections agas equipment, machinery and measuring instruments; - Inspection and control of the functioning state of the gas shut-off valve; - Checking the triggering of: the gas detector and the gas shut-off valve; - Control of the operation of safety and closing mechanismsand automatic regulation and security devices; - Checking the safety of the exhaust valve; - External examination of the gas pipe from the boiler to the entrance to the chimney; - Control of the operation of the control cabinet; - Service period October-December; - Service insuranceand carrying out technical maintenance works according to "Minimum Security Requirements Regarding the Operation of Natural Combustible Gas Distribution Systems" HG №522 of 12.07.2017 p.687 once a month; - Semi-annual general technical service (once in 6 months); - Technical service yearuala at the beginning of the heating season (once in 12 months); -Operative interventions by specialized staff in case of stoppage or malfunction within 1 hour; -Dispatched permanently.
