Description:
According to the specification in compliance with the legislation in force Law no. 283/2003 regarding the particular activity of detective and guard, according to which the particular security activity is prohibited from the objectives set out in annex no. 4 of the law, among which are the administration authorities local public and second level, as well as the institutions founded by them. Also, art. 10 para. (3) of Law no. 845/1992 on entrepreneurship and enterprises stipulate that the provision of security services to these objectives is allowed exclusively to state -owned enterprises skill.
