- The term of validity of the contract: 12 months. The goods are to be delivered within a maximum of 5 days from the date of receipt of the order, from the seller's account, the expenses being included in the price offer (DDP, Incoterms 2013), the quantity delivered will correspond to the order and samples presented at the opening of the offer, the orders will be emit according to real needs. The payment will be made for each order, by transfer to the settlement account of the seller within 30 days from the date of receipt of the fiscal invoice, according to the order.
