- The objective of this consultancy purchase is the inventory of the state of degradation of the main and secondary streets, the development and establishment of a Road Asset Management System (RAMS Road Asset Management System) on the WebGIS platform for urban and suburban roads in the municipality. Chisinau, as well as improving the capacity of DGTPCC technical staff through on-the-job training and training workshops in the use of RAMS to prepare the Annual Municipal Road Maintenance Plan in order to plan interventions and prepare the multi-annual program inthe purpose of optimizing road infrastructure management
