- The main energy efficiency measures include the replacement of windows and doors, thermal insulation of the roof and basement ceiling, installation of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, heating system and DHW distribution system replacement, installation of IHS with weather compensation control, LED lighting and distribution system replacement, a centralized air cooling system, a PV system, and the implementation of an EMS system. Additionally, non-energy efficiency measures are included, such as the construction and reconstruction of canopies, rehabilitation of building elements that will not be thermally insulated, reconstruction of the pitched roof, seismic joint build-up, balcony renovation, perimeter pavement, lightning protection, fire safety, replacement of the cold water internal distribution system and internal sewage system, reconstruction of bathrooms, and replacement of the rainwater drainage system. Total estimated net heated floor area: 18,600 m2
