- Mandatory general requirements: 1. Maximum coverage (3G/4G) on the entire territory of the Republic of Moldova. 2. Unlimited calls in all directions throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova. 3. Internet traffic included 20 Gb. SMS 5 numbers 3000, the rest 300. 4. The cost control service 0. The monthly payment of the services provided will notbe higher than the subscription fee. 5. Availability of mobile phone services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 6. Free insurance (free call) of public emergency services 901, 902, 903, 904 and 112. 7. The number of subscriptions can be increased. Free activation will be providedof SIMs. 8. The SIM card will be replaced free of charge in case of theft, loss or damage. 9. A contact person from the operator will be appointed to ensure permanent assistance. 10. Free consultation of the subscriber about the account status will be provided. 11. Performanceservices through the mandatory free storage of the telephone numbers currently used by the National Agency for Public Health, according to annex no.1. 12. Monthly presentation in electronic format of detailed decryptions of telephone calls made on each number. 13. The services ofmobile telephony will be provided in the period 01.01.2023-31.06.2023.
