Description:
UNICEF Moldova invites interested companies to submit their bids for the products listed in the Annex B.1. Delivery condition: Ex-Works UNICEF will pick up the packaged, marked according to age, and palletized goods from the bidder's warehouse located in Moldova.2. The deadline for fulfilling the request: no more than 28 days from contract signature.3. Partial offers are NOT accepted.4. Each kit should be packaged individually in a UNICEF-provided branded bag and clearly labeled with the corresponding age group on a sticker printed and applied by the supplier.5. Offer evaluation: priority will be given to the vendors which offer compliant products at the lowest prices with the shortest possible availability period.6. Payment: No advance payment request will be accepted; the payments will be processed in full within 30 days after their complete collection.7. Please include in the quotation product prices without VAT, product brand name, packaging details and product pictures. UNICEF will provide customs taxes exemptions letters to facilitate customs clearance.8. Please enclose in your quotation all quality, compliance and safety certificates for the offered products.9. Signed Quotation Form and Declaration (pages 3-5 ) and Price Proposal form (use the editable list attached as Annex B for your price quotation) must be submitted with the bid in order to be considered valid.10.
