The successful bidder shall be a company operating in the field of IT Equipement with proven expertise and references. The duration of contract and wherefore the delivery date for the LOT 1 should be not later than 31 May 2021. LOT 2 has no time limitation. All equipment must be of sufficiently high quality, produced by reputable companies brands and ensure normal working under heavy conditions of use. Equipment should strongly meet technical requirements described in Anex 1 and recognized standards: design, development, construction, manufacturing practices, performance and safety requirements, operation and maintenance procedures, environmental issues. Bidders should follow the instructions set forth below in the submission of their offer to WHO. 2. Offer The offer and all correspondence and documents relating thereto shall be prepared and submitted in the English language. The offer should be concisely presented and structured to include the following information: • Presentation of your Company (please complete Annex 2) • Technical Offer (please provide technical specifications of the provided items) • Financial offer in USD currency, VAT excluded.
