Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number: 19MD7021Q0008 Purchase and Delivery of One Vehicle (SUV) for the U.S. Embassy Moldova (Deadline: 6:00 PM Chisinau time on March 26, 2021) The Embassy of the United States of America in Chisinau is soliciting quotations for a qualified contractor to Purchase and Deliver One Vehicle (SUV) for the Embassy. Proposals are due on or before 6:00 PM Chisinau time on March 26, 2021. Proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be considered. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. Your quotation must be submitted electronically by email with the subject line "Quotation 19MD7021Q0008 Enclosed" to ChisinauProcurementBids@state.gov on or before 17:00 (Chisinau Time) on March 26, 2021. Quotations that are received after the deadline, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Oral quotations will not be accepted. Please note that the requirement for your company to be SAM registered, is a mandatory requirement prior to the contract award. You may visit the SAM website for more details www.sam.gov The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. This is a firm-fixed price purchase type of purchase order. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, overhead, taxes, customs clearance, profit, and transportation necessary to deliver the vehicle to the U.S. Embassy Chisinau, located at 103 Alexei Mateevici str., Chisinau MD-2009. The U.S. Embassy Chisinau will handle vehicle license plate and traffic registration. The contractor shall provide all necessary documentation for this process. II. Delivery outside these hours are due to conditions beyond the control of the Contractor, and may be authorized by the Motor Pool Supervisor, if notice is given at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the time of the delivery.
