about 3500 tickets but do not exceed the funds allocated to this expenditure article (11236.50 thousand lei)
1.The duration and organization of the exchange:
a) The exchange takes place over a period of
10 days, including 9 nights and 10 days.Summer season:
Period of development:
01.06.2025 - 30.08.2025.
At most 7 exchanges will be organized.
C) Camp capacity:
the number of tickets requested must be correlated with the camp capacity and the number of shifts proposed by the bidder.
D) the maximum cost for a day of rest:
will not exceed the amountestablished by the decision of the government approved annually.
2. Food:
e) The food of each child must comply with the physiological norms established by the Order of the Ministry of Health no. 638/2016, with subsequent modifications.
The organization of the meals will be done at least 4 times a day.
3. staffCamp:
f) The staff classification scheme must be in accordance with the annex no. 2 of GD no. 334/2009 regarding the regulation for the operation of the rest and maintenance camps of the health of children.
4. Recreational and Sports Activities:
