- Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Trolleybus Contact Network Infrastructure Using the Employer`s Goods. Additional financing information: The price of the Goods must be quoted on a DDP (Final Place of Destination) basis, excluding VAT and customs duties, but should include the expenses for customs clearance and / or customs broker-s services. The price of the Works must be quoted taking into account duties, taxes and other charges payable in the Client`s country, excluding VAT. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, the Client must receive exemption from import duties and from value added tax on Goods, Work and related Services intended for implementation of the GRCF Balti Trolleybus Project. 2. Information on the Procurement Exercise Contracts will be subject to the Bank`s Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents. The type of contract and the procurement method is stated above. A full description of the procurement exercise is available within the documentation and is available free of charge in ECEPP. The documentation will include such information as: detailed technical and financial requirements; any information on lots; the expected outcome; eligibility and qualification requirements; contract start date; planned contract duration; any response requirements; any other relevant information. 3. Other Information Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 10,000 (ten thousand) EUR or its equivalent in a convertible currency. The original of the duly completed and signed Tender Security shall be received by the Client not later than 3 calendar days following the above mentioned closing date for submission of the tenders. 4.
