Short description: According to the list of the quantities of works provided in the specifications. The special conditions for which the contract fulfills: a) the price of the works includes all expenditure, including VAT and must be fixed throughout the contract period; b) the supply price is established by the tenderer on the basis of the requirements that received them from the Organizer of the Purchase Procedure. Additional expenditure, the volume of work included in the workload but not taken into account by the bidder at the presentation of the price, shall not be covered by the beneficiary; c) the participants shall ensure the work in accordance with the Documentation of the Device and will be conducted by the Law on Construction Quality no.721 of 02.02.1996 and the Consumer Protection Act no.105 of 13.03.2003; Information of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction no.864 of 01.05.2017 regarding the determination of the value of the building objects; MO of 12.05.2017; -User building materials with low impact on the environment.
