Tenders are invited forCompetition for the Selection of a Consultant Who will Provide a Series of Trainings on Monitoring and Evaluating the Impact of Public Policies Deliverable: The candidate will submit, as part of his offer, the training methodology in which he will propose the organization, the number of days / hours for training for each Platform / Secretariat, based on the condition that: 1. The course will include theoretical aspects and practical tools for conducting the impact analysis of a public policy; 2. The number of participants in each training will be about 20 people (secretariat and members of each platform involved in monitoring and evaluation of public policies). Organizational aspects The consultant will work under the direct supervision of the Program Coordinator of the Eastern European Foundation. Financial offer The financial offer will be submitted taking into account the number of days required for the delivery of the trainings, the elaboration of the guide and the preparation of the report. The offer will be submitted in MDL and will include the gross amount.
