- 1.. The graphic package must be adapted for use in television and online. 2. Description of the requesting services 2.1. Creating visual identityDeveloping a specific visual identity. The design must be modern, attractive and representative for the theme of shows 2.2. Graphic package for starting graphics (intro) and end (outro) for shows. Graphic elements for transitions between segments. Dynamic backgroundsand Lower-Third graphics for presenting the names of participants and other relevant information. Optional: Graphic and infographic used during shows for presenting data and information (eg statistics, diagrams, survey results). 2.3. Adaptation for the online environmentAdaptation of graphic materials for use on social platforms, including banners, covers and posts. Creating a Template for video miniatures (thumbnails) to load debates on video sharing platforms. 2.4. Sound elements (optional) optional: Creating a pack ofsound effects that complete the visual identity (eg sounds for transitions). 3. Technical requirements 3.1. The format of the supplilile all the graphic files must be delivered in editable formats (eg PSD, AI) and in final formats (eg PNG, JPEG, MP4) in HD resolution. The television files need toto comply with Broadcasting Standards (PAL, 25FPS). 3.2. Compatibility All graphic and sound elements must be compatible with the main video editing and production software used by the television station (eg Adobe Premiere, After Effects, the sound elements mustbe adjusted according to the EBU R128 (-23 LUFS) standard). 3.3. Graphic accessibility must be easy to use and integrated by the technical team of the post oftelevision.
