- Information regarding the object of the contest 1. The contest for the selection of the most interesting and original presentation concept of the Republic of Moldova at the World Exhibition "Expo - 2025 Osaka", Japan is held in order to accumulate the best and creative ideas that meet the requirements and themeof the exhibition "Designing Future Society for Our Lives". 2. The competition is open for participation to legal and natural persons, individual authors or creative groups. 3. The purpose of the competition: ensuring, through professional competitionional, of a high quality of the participation of the Republic of Moldova in this international forum; selection of the most original and relevant idea for the presentation of the Republic of Moldova at the 2025 World Expo, Osaka; the involvement of public opinion in the elaboration of the concept of participation. The contest has its paims to support professionalism, innovation, competition and transparency in order to find the best idea to present the country at Expo - 2025. 4. Contest organizer: C.I.E. "Moldexpo" S.A., 1 Ghioceilor str., MD-2008 Chisinau, C.I.E. headquarters. "Moldexpo" S.A. 5. The winner of the contest vto be selected according to the principles: the offer will contain the most original ideas, will correspond to the requirements of this Specification and, last but not least, the cost component will be taken into account 6. The presentation concept must contain: - the clear presentation of the content of the exhibitionition; - detailed description of the exhibits and installations within the stand as well as their impact in presenting the image of the country; - the use of modern technological means and applications, with their description; - the concepts of the presented videographic materials; - attraction elementsfor visitors (hereinafter interactive elements), which are intended to capture attention, to cause interest in the visit, elements that will make the visit memorable; - proposals for arrangement and description of the Exhibition space; - the specifications of the materials used - the materials usedthey must be ecological, corresponding to the principle of sustainable development; - the products distributed and sold; - proposals for the program of activities (business (B2B, conferences, round tables, forums, etc.), cultural, touristic) within the stand during the exhibition; - Proposals onfor the organization and holding of the National Day of the Republic of Moldova at Expo 2025 Osaka; - proposals for the clothing of the Stand staff;
